- Joined the Human Rights Campaign’s coalition of 68 companies in support of the U.S. Department of Justice’s request that a federal judge halt enforcement of North Carolina’s HB2 law. HB2 bans transgender people using facilities consistent with their gender identity in government buildings, including airports and convention centers, pending a broader decision in the DOJ’s discrimination case against the state.
- Joined the Freedom Massachusetts Business Coalition in support of proposed legislation that will ensure that transgender people are allowed to use whichever public restrooms are consistent with their gender identity
- Signed an open letter to Mississippi lawmakers urging repeal of the “Religious Liberty Accommodations Act” that was recently enacted. Assisted the Mississippi Chamber of Commerce’s efforts in opposition to the Act.
